Real Estate Agent Exceeded my Expectations

April 9, 2012 By Annie and Bob Pacieznik

When I contacted Bob, I had a plain townhouse that needed to stand out in the crowd. From tips on how to remove stains from the walls to professional staging, Bob offered a comprehensive, enthusiastic treatment from stem to stern that resulted in a quick sale in a difficult market at a price that slightly exceeded my objective. After my relocation out of state prior to sale, Bob frequented my home and turned down my offer of extra pay to cover “the little things” that I missed. I highly recommend him based on his integrity, attention to detail and the results I’ve seen his focus achieve.

How DO you pronounce it?

In Ukrainian, Pacieznik means ‘beekeeper’.  It’s pronounced “pa-sitch-nik” (accent on the 1st syllable).  So how did it end up being spelled Pacieznik?  That’s even a longer story.  Whatever way you do spell it, it’s a name in real estate you might not be able to pronounce but can certainly trust.  [ Watch the video to hear the correct pronunciation]
