Why real estate? My brother, Bob Pacieznik, has been in the business for a while, working together with his wife Annie. Their business relies on referrals and repeat clients. They are very hands-on throughout the home buying/selling process, providing their clients with all the personal attention and care that buyers and sellers deserve. When you hire Annie and Bob, they do everything: The staging, the marketing, the negotiating; they personally handle it all. The only thing they can’t do is show homes when they’re out of town. That’s where I come in. Bob encouraged me to get my license so that, between the three of us, we can serve our clients anytime they need us. This year, the timing was just right. Having just passed a milestone birthday (50), and with my boys growing more independent, I was ready to put my design/decor background and passion for helping people into action.
After going back to school, passing the exams, and joining the local Realtor board, I can proudly say that I’m now a Realtor!
How’s it going so far you say? Wonderful! I love learning new skills. I’m so impressed with how well Annie and Bob know the business, and with their commitment to their clients. At this point in my career, my role is to assist Annie and Bob as I continue to develop the skills necessary to stand on my own two feet as a Realtor.
One of the things that I’m most excited about is that I can put to use my University of Minnesota bachelors degree in housing in my new real estate career. I love helping to stage a home for sellers, and seeing the impact it makes in how quickly, and how much a home can sell for.
So, if you’re looking to sell or buy a home, give us a call today. You’ll love working with Annie, Bob and myself. We are the best team to help you move!
