- minimum number of bedrooms, baths, and car garages
- maximum price range
- location (defined by city, freeway boundaries, distance from work…)
Once our buyers start getting a better feel for what’s available they sometimes have us refine their search with the following criteria:
- minimum square footage
- type of sale (regular, foreclosure, short sale)
- school district
- acreage
