Basic Home Search Most brokerages share their listings via the MLS (multiple listing service) and a Broker Reciprocity Agreement. Sites like Coldwell Banker, Edina Realty , RE/MAX, Keller Williams , and even theMLSOnline are all brokerages that use MLS data feed. There are other companies such as Realtor.com who use the same feed and others like Trulia , Zillow and Yahoo who get their data from participating brokerages.
